I realized that staring at my computer screen during work all day was wearing on my eyes. I purchased these blue light glasses about 2 weeks ago and have been using them ever since. I grew up wearing glasses, now contacts, and hated wearing glasses all day because they hurt my head and never felt comfortable. These are super comfy to wear all day, no pain. My eyes feel less strained. I love these for the blue light blocking benefit but I love the frames so much, I so badly want to get my prescription lenses put in these frames - love them so much!
