For online orders purchased from mahoshades.com or in-person at a Maho retail location or pop-up, we accept merchandise returns on items that are in their original condition - clean, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.
You have 14 days from the delivered date of your order to return full priced items in their original condition for a refund or store credit.
· Full Priced Items Items discounted by less than 25% may be returned for a full product refund issued to the original method of payment.
· Items discounted by 25% - 49% may be exchanged only.
· Items discounted by 50% or more may not be returned and are a final sale.
Please visit our Return Center to begin the return/exchange process. All international sales and custom/RX/reader orders are final sale (although the third party lab we use will work with you to ensure a proper RX fit).
