Use a hairdryer on medium heat to warm the rear third of the arm of the frame (the part that goes over your ears). Hold the hairdryer two inches away from the arm for 15-20 seconds. Do not exceed 25 seconds.
Immediately after heating, modify one arm at a time by holding the arm with two hands, and applying pressure with the thumb and forefinger at the end of the arm. For a closer fit, bend the arm down. For a tighter fit, bend the arm inwards; for looser, bend the arm outwards.
3. Repeat as Needed
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you achieve the perfect fit.
4. Rest & Cool
Let the frames rest, laying on a table upside down, in a cool room, for at least 5 minutes.
