Returns refused?

I have often called and emailed you but no response! I cannot believe I get through to you by phone, listen to your recorded response but you do not return my call, nor do you respond to my communications. No one said it was a 14 day return limit. I called your at 14 or 15 days but you ignore me I want to return the sunglasses as my husband hates them. That request is still my wish. M. Rubenzer
